Grow client eCommerce accounts with smart strategy, data and livestream campaigns.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow client eCommerce accounts across multiple platforms.
- Drive sales, optimise product listings and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate livestream campaigns for maximum audience engagement.
- Monitor performance, analyse data and prepare reports with insights.
- Collaborate with creative, operations and data teams.
- Handle client communication with clarity and fairness.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitors and platform policies.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Min 1 year in eCommerce account management or digital marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; data visualisation tools a plus.
- Good English; Chinese and Bahasa Melayu are advantages.
- Quick learner, creative, organised and a team player.
